SLATED PEANUT BARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, and milk until thick and fluffy. Place in a greased and floured 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

FROSTING:

3 c. powdered sugar
Half and half or Carnation milk
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. chopped salted cocktail peanuts

Mix together with enough milk or half and half to make it thick and fluffy. Add one cup chopped salted cocktail peanuts and spread on bars.

NOTE: We like to reserve some of the chopped peanuts and sprinkle on top for looks.
