3 POUND FRUIT CAKE | |
1 lb. cherries (glazed) 1 lb. pineapple (glazed) 4 c. pecans - rolled in plain flour 1/2 lb. melted butter 1 c. sugar 5 eggs - mix 1 at a time 1 tsp. lemon flavor 1 tsp. vanilla flavor 2 c. plain flour 1 pt. pineapple preserves - 2 jars Cut cherries and pineapple up. Add sugar and roll pecans in plain flour. Mix eggs, one at a time. Add one cup of nuts at a time. Add rest of ingredients a little at a time. |
