COCONUT WAIT CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
Ingredients required for cake mix
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. frozen coconut
2 c. Cool Whip
Angel flake coconut

Prepare mix according to directions adding 1 teaspoon almond extract. Bake in 2 round pan and slice to make 4 layers. Mix sugar, sour cream and coconut. Reserve 1 cup for icing. Spread remaining mixture between layers. Add Cool Whip to reserved mixture and frost cake. Seal and refrigerate in cake box for 3 days. Sprinkle with coconut.
