ICED GAZPACHO WITH VODKA 
2 tomatoes
1 yellow onion
1 sm. cucumber
2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
2 raw eggs
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. tomato juice
1 c. vodka
Sour cream
Chopped red onion

In a food processor, coarsely chop tomatoes, yellow onion, cucumber, garlic and green pepper. Add eggs, vinegar, olive oil and tomato juice. Mix well and pour into a bowl that will fit in the freezer. Chill until icy (several hours or overnight). Pour vodka over the frosty liquid and beat until smooth. The result will resemble a frozen daiquiri in texture. Serve with a dab of sour cream and some chopped red onion on top.
