GRANDMA'S BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. butter
Miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk

Beat together sugar and shortening or butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Slowly add flour and milk. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 22 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cover with 1 layer of miniature marshmallows and return to oven just until they start to puff. Remove from oven and cool. Make frosting.

FROSTING: Boil 1 minute the sugar, butter and milk. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool and beat like fudge. Pour over brownies.
