POTATO CLAM BISQUE | |
In blender blend 1/2 medium chopped onion, 1 rib of celery, cut up, 1 can minced clams, 2 cups half and half, 1 medium can sliced potatoes, drained, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Add hot pepper sauce to taste. Whirl all ingredients together until smooth. Chill. |
