SPANISH HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can diced Rotel
1 can Spanish rice
1 can ranch style beans
1/4 lb. grated cheese

Brown the meat and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain the fat and add the Rotel, Spanish rice and beans. Mix and put in baking dish. Cook about 30 minutes at 325 degrees, then spread top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Can add 1 can whole kernel corn.
