CHICKEN PIE 
2 c. chicken, cooked
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
4 c. biscuit mix
1 c. cold water

Heat chicken, vegetables, soup, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper just to boiling in a saucepan, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and keep warm. Stir biscuit mix and water to a soft dough. Pour chicken mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Drop biscuit dough by spoonfuls over the top. Bake in 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
