BISHOP PIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans

LAYER #2:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. frozen whipped topping

LAYER #3:
6 oz. instant chocolate pudding
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

LAYER #4:
1 to 2 c. frozen whipped topping
Chopped pecans

Mix the first layer's ingredients well. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix well the second layer's ingredients. Spread on first layer. Chill.

Beat third layer's ingredients until thick. Pour over second layer. Chill.

Beat frozen whipped topping of fourth layer slightly. Spread over top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Chill.
