1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 tbsp. kirsch
1 can pear halves
1/4 c. sliced almonds
2/3 c. apricot jam

DOUGH:

1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. cold butter, cut into pieces
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
