SWEDISH OPEN POT COFFEE 
40 (8 oz.) c. water
3 1/2 (8 oz.) c. coffee
1 unbeaten egg

Mix coffee, egg and enough water to moisten in a bowl. Bring the water in the pot to a boil. Add coffee mixture and stir. Bring to a boil again, turning heat off as soon as it starts to boil. Let coffee steep about 15 minutes. Strain if necessary.
