RICE PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
Pinch of salt
5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates
1 c. cooked rice

Beat first 5 ingredients then stir in rice and (or) raisins. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until firm.
