3 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
4 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 lbs. Oreo cookies

In large bowl, mix pudding and milk. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar. Combine mixtures in large bowl and add Cool Whip. Crush Oreos in food processor or blender. Layer Oreos and pudding mixture 3 times, beginning with Oreos, in a new plastic-lined 8 inch flower pot. Add an artificial flower for decoration.
