TUSCAN TORTELLINI SALAD 
12 oz. pkg. tortellini, cooked and drained
1 c. pitted ripe lives, chopped
1 green pepper, thinly sliced

FOR DRESSING:

2 tbsp. diced pimento
1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. olive oil

Combine dressing ingredients and toss with tortellini, olives, green pepper and pimento.
