FRIED FROGS 
12 frog legs, skinned
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. flour
Oil for deep frying

Dip in a batter made of two well beaten eggs. Roll in flour, cover frogs well and drop into oil heated to 375 degrees. Fry to a golden brown. Drain well on paper towel.
