STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/4 c. firm butter
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. (12 oz.) dairy sour cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Measure 2/3 cup of dry cake mix into small bowl. Cut in the butter. Mix in brown sugar and walnuts. Set aside.

Beat eggs lightly with a fork; stir in sour cream. Blend in remaining dry cake mix, scraping bowl often. Pour half the batter into greased and floured 9x13x2 inch pan. Sprinkle half the topping over batter. Spoon and gently spread remaining batter into pan; top with remaining mixture. Bake 40 minutes.
