PEANUT BUTTER CANDY 
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
2 c. peanut butter
4 tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. low fat milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle granulated sugar on a cookie sheet. Mix ingredients well - works well with hour hands, then put onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and roll with rolling pin until smooth. Let stand at room temperature all night. Cut and serve.
