CHICKEN HAM DELIGHT 
8 boned chicken breasts
8 slices ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. chicken broth or bouillon (beef may be used)
1/4 c. sherry
Flour
Salt and pepper

Put ham and cheese slices between folded whole chicken breasts. Toothpick together. Salt, pepper, and flour and fry in pan with as little grease as possible just to brown. Add broth and sherry. Cook 25 minutes at low heat.
