OVERNIGHT SALAD | |
1 head cauliflower 1 lb. bacon (fry then freeze to crumble) 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 red onion, diced 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 4 tbsp. sugar 1 head lettuce Break cauliflower into flowerets. Combine with bacon, Parmesan cheese and diced onion. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons sugar. Let set in refrigerator at least 5 hours or overnight. Break up lettuce into chunks and add 1 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons sugar. Add to previous mixture. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. |
