SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked and chopped chicken
1 c. chopped celery
4 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
1 (4 oz.) can Old El Paso chopped green chilies
1 c. chopped peanuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 Old El Paso shells
1/2 head lettuce, chopped

In bowl combine chicken, celery, bacon, green chilies, peanuts, and mayonnaise. Chill. Heat shells in preheated 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes. Fill cooled shells with equal amounts of lettuce. Spoon chicken salad into shells, approximately 1 1/4 cups in each shell. Makes 4 servings.
