VENISON STEW 
3 lbs. meat
2 c. red wine (Port-sweet) or red wine vinegar (sour)
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 crushed cinnamon stick
6 whole cloves
1 tsp. thyme
2 sliced garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Put all together and cook until tender.
