GOOSEBERRY PIE 
3 c. gooseberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour or tapioca
Unbaked pie crust for 2-crust pie
Butter

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Pour in unbaked crust. put dots of butter over it. Put on top crust. Brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees about 45 minutes or until top is nicely brown and filling is all bubbly. May have to place on baking sheet so juice doesn't run on oven.
