RAISIN OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3 1/2 c. rolled oats
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream shortening with sugar, then add beaten eggs and milk. Combine with oatmeal and raisins and mix well. Add flour sifted with other dry ingredients. Drop onto greased pan with teaspoon and bake 12 minutes at 350 to 375 degrees.
