SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Cook spinach and drain. Add the dry soup mix, sour cream, and mix together. Place mixture into a 10 x 10 inch pan. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Serves 6 to 8.
