JEAN'S EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
10 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 box seasoned croutons
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms
Some salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of a 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 baking dish. Crumble and brown sausage and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle half of the croutons on the bottom of baking dish. Top with the crumbled sausage and top that with the sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sausage and mushrooms. Beat the eggs, add the milk and salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over. Sprinkle the remaining croutons on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 40 minutes or until eggs are set.
