OATMEAL CRUNCH BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread in an ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and while bars are still warm, spread with 1 cup chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter which have been melted together. Cool bars and cut into squares.
