ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 large pkg. Doritos

Brown beef. Drain. Add all 4 cans of soup and heat. Place chips in bottom of a large casserole dish. Pour meat and soup mixture over it and top with grated cheese.

Bake for 5 minutes in a 350°F oven.
