1 lb. Oreo cookies, crumbled
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick of butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. whipped cream
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix first 3 ingredients together; set aside. Beat until smooth, the remaining four ingredients. Layer the two mixtures - very attractive in a clear glass bowl.
