HAMBURGER PIE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) cut green beans, drained or 1/2 lb. green beans, cooked
and drained
1 can condensed tomato soup
Potato fluff Topper

Cook onion in small amount of hot fat until tender, but not brown. Add meat and seasonings; brown lightly. Add drained beans and soup; pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Drop Potato Fluff Topper in mounds over meat, or put through a pastry tube. If desired, sprinkle potatoes with 1/2 cup shredded processed American cheese. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

POTATO FLUFF TOPPER:

5 med. potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. warm milk
1 beaten egg

Mash potatoes while hot; add milk and egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
