GOLDEN GATE CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
1 1/3 c. ground chocolate
1 c. sugar
Pinch salt
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

In sauce pan combine ground chocolate, sugar and salt. Add hot water stirring until chocolate is dissolved Heat to boiling; lower heat and cook 5 minutes without stirring again. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Serve hot or cold on cake, ice cream or pudding.
