SPINACH SALAD 
1 c. torn spinach leaves
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. sliced radishes
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of powdered mustard
1 tsp. imitation bacon bits

Combine spinach, mushrooms and radishes in a bowl. To make dressing; stir oil, vinegar and seasonings together. Pour over salad. Top with bacon bits and toss. 68 calories per serving. Yield: 1 serving.
