SPECIAL GERMAN TREAT

1 German cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter

MIDDLE LAYER:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

TOP LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Combine cake mix, egg and butter. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.

Sprinkle with chops and pecans for middle layer.

For top layer, cream cheese, eggs and confectioners' sugar together. Pour over chips and pecans. Bake at 250 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 2 hours or longer before cutting.
