SUET PUDDING 
1 c. suet
1 c. raisins
2/3 c. molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. each cloves, cinnamon, and allspice

Prepare pan; grease and flour. Steam for 3 hours. Serve with hard sauce or whipped cream.
