TOSS SALAD:

4 c. spinach, fresh
4 c. iceberg lettuce
1 c. diagonally cut celery
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (2 oz.) pkg. toasted almonds, chopped

SWEET & SOUR DRESSING:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
5 drops hot sauce
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Combine in jar. Shake well. Serve with salad.
