PUMPKIN PUDDING 
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can (2 c.) cooked pumpkin
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. light molasses
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat in eggs. Stir in pumpkin, milk, molasses, butter. Blend well. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 50 minutes or until firm in center.
