2 lbs. hamburg 1 sm. onion 1 green pepper 1 red pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup Grated Longhorn cheddar cheese Salsa (opt.) Floured tortilla shells Fry hamburg until brown. Add peppers, onions until tender. Add soup. Warm tortilla shell, place meat mixture in middle of shell and fold. Can add salsa and cheese. Roll them up. If they get cold, put in microwave. Can be frozen. |
