1 lg. pkg. Oreos
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter, melted
3 1/2 c. milk
1 lg. container cool Whip

Crush Oreos and set aside 1 cup. Place Oreo crumbs in bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Pour melted butter over Oreos. Mix pudding with milk and blend in cream cheese. Spread on top of Oreo mixture. Top with Cool Whip and remainder of crumbs. Chill until ready to serve.
