STIR - FRIED PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
1/2 lb. boned, diced chicken breast
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
2 tbsp. chicken broth
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. sugar

Heat oil in preheated wok and stir-fry chicken and green pepper. When chicken turns white, add rest of ingredients and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
