CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced chicken, stewed until tender
1 c. chicken broth
1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco chips
1 c. Rotel tomatoes
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chives or green onion
2 tbsp. celery, grated or finely chopped

Mix all ingredients except taco chips and cheese. Let set 10 minutes. Cover bottom of a 7"x10"x2" baking dish using 1/2 of chicken mixture and 1/2 of cheese, layer. Cover with chips, not crushed. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Crush chips for top layer.
