FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda or 4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix thoroughly; add one large can of fruit cocktail. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar

Bring to boil and pour over hot cake.
