YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Sift flour, salt and baking powder into mixing bowl. Add eggs and gradually add milk beating all the time with a fork. Beat until the mixture is of a smooth consistency. Remove 1/4 cup drippings from roast beef pan one half hour before roast beef is done and place in heated square 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Pour in pudding batter and bake until puffed and golden brown, about 30 minutes, in a 400 degree oven.
