SOUR CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
1/2 lb. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients for crust; press onto bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Cream sugar and cream cheese; add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour over graham cracker crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Mix ingredients for topping. Spread over cream cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
