2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 c. warm water

Mix together and then pour into greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cake will be very moist.
