MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 heaping tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
2 c. cheese, sliced
8 oz. macaroni

In microwave, melt butter. Add flour and milk. Microwave in 6 minute intervals, stirring after each, when thicken, add cheese and microwave for 3 to 5 minutes until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix with drained macaroni.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
