MANHATTAN DELI SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral pasta
1 1/4 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 c. chopped red or green pepper
1/4 lb. hard salami, cut into thin strips
1 sm. red onion
1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley
3/4 c. Italian dressing

Cook pasta. Slice olives. Chop pepper. Cut salami into thin strips. Cut onion into rings. Combine all ingredients with the pasta. Can be served immediately but best if chilled overnight. Freshen with additional Italian dressing to taste.
