CHOCOLATE BRITTLE 
1 c. butter
Graham crackers
1 1/2 pkgs. milk chocolate chips
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans

Line 2 cookie sheets with foil. Butter. Place graham crackers on foil in a single layer. In medium boiler, melt butter and sugar. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers and smooth with a knife. Sprinkle chopped pecans over top. Let cool overnight or cool in refrigerator for 1 hour. Break into small pieces (cookie size).
