BLACKBERRY OR STRAWBERRY JELLY 
3 1/2 c. prepared berry juice (about 2 1/2 qt. boxes)
5 c. sugar
1 pkg. fruit pectin

To prepare juice: Sort, wash fully ripe berries; remove any stems, caps, decayed, moldy or green berries. Crush berries one layer at a time. Yield: 5 1/4 - 8 ounce cups. See "Making Homemade Jams & Jellies" for complete directions.
