BLACK MOONS

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 c. dark Hershey cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 7 minutes.

FILLING:

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. marshmallow fluff
5 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
