MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
4 qts. popped popcorn (16 c.)
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1 stick of butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Put popped corn into a large brown grocery bag. In a 2 quart bowl, combine sugar, syrup, butter and salt. Microwave on high, until butter melts. Stir. Bring to boil in the microwave on high. Boil 2 minutes, then add soda, mix.

Pour mixture on popped corn in brown bag. Close top of bag and shake well. Place in microwave and cook on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove bag and shake well. Cook another 1 1/2 minutes. Remove and shake. Pour on cookie sheets to cool. May add nuts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
