3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box Sunshine vanilla wafers
2 inch aluminum foil muffin tin cups

Soften cream cheese. Blend together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Place the aluminum cups on large cookie sheets. Place one vanilla wafer at the bottom of each aluminum cup. Fill each cup with cream cheese mixture until 2/3 full. Put one cherry on top of each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 54.
